“Hellraiser: Judgment” Commentary with Gary J. Tunnicliffe

Fans of Hellraiser: Judgment will be happy to know that director Gary J. Tunnicliffe has recorded his own audio commentary for the film in a exclusive for the Youtube podcast channel Midnight’s Edge. They also did an excellent series of interviews with Gary that I highly recommend seeking out.

As for the commentary itself, I listened to it and found it very informative. He keeps most of the conversation focused on the onscreen action, but does offer plenty of insightful anecdotes. I especially enjoyed the part where he talks about how the filmmakers pulled off the gruesome sequence with the dog. Movie magic will always fascinate me! He also has some choice words for people who say Judgment rips off the opening credits from David Fincher’s Se7en. Gary isn’t shy about expressing his feelings!
