Hellraiser TV Series Making the Rounds Again

When this story first appeared in 2012, we chose not to report on it, because it was mainly the rights-holder, Larry Kuppin shopping the idea around, hoping he could get backing.  Nothing came of it, but it’s a story that makes the rounds every time there is excitement for a Hellraiser remake, which is also in talks again.  

Now, according to an article by Deadline, Kuppin has teamed up with Roy Lee, Producer of Itand Dan Farah, producer of Ready Player One.  At this point, it isn’t clear whether the series will be in the format of an anthology or longer story-arcs, and it’s very early days.  We’ve learned not to get too excited, as historically these types of rumors have usually fizzled out.  This is, however, the first time that we have seen actual names of producers, so maybe.. Just maybe.  But if you cheat us….
