Hello friends,

Many moons ago, I attended a Fangoria Weekend of Horrors in Los Angeles in 1992. I was a roving reporter for Coenobium magazine. We were a Hellraiser/Clive Barker magazine made by fans for fans. And this is some footage from a Q and A talk with Tony Todd, the Candyman himself answering questions about filming Candyman, the possibilities of a sequel, discussing Clive Barker and his work, other films he worked on including a little bit about The Crow, which he also appeared in. I was behind the camera and also asked a question or two of my own.

Tony Todd begins by discussing Candyman, and the special effect of bees in his mouth. Then, he was asked if he had he read Clive Barker’s books and why he took on the Candyman role. He discussed the legend of Candyman plus the possibility of Candyman 2. He goes on to mention James O’Barr and The Crow, “Excessive Force” with Lance Henrickson, plus Tom Savini and Night of the Living Dead.  We hope you enjoy this.
